You’ll manage digital platforms, support campaigns and events, and create engaging content that enhances our brand and visibility. What you’ll do:Create and manage content across social media, website, and internal channelsSupport media relations, campaigns, and eventsMonitor engagement metrics and contribute to reportingEnsure brand consistency and inclusive communicationsCollaborate across teams to support organisational initiativesWhat you’ll bring:           Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, or Marketing2–4 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong writing and editing skills with a focus on inclusive communicationExperience with digital platforms, social media, and CMS toolsBonus points for:Experience in housing, homelessness, or community serviceBasic design or video content creation and editing skills (eg. The Role

We’re seeking a creative and proactive Communications and Marketing Advisor to help deliver impactful internal and external communications, media and marketing initiatives. You’ll manage digital platforms, support campaigns and events, and create engaging content that enhances our brand and visibility.

 What you’ll do:

  • Create and manage content across social media, website, and internal channels
  • Support media relations, campaigns, and events
  • Monitor engagement metrics and contribute to reporting
  • Ensure brand consistency and inclusive communications
  • Collaborate across teams to support organisational initiatives

What you’ll bring:          

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, or Marketing
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on inclusive communication
  • Experience with digital platforms, social media, and CMS tools

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in housing, homelessness, or community service
  • Basic design or video content creation and editing skills (eg. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
